  • Implanted by interventional neuroradiologists already trained in stent procedures
  • Strong safety record (SWITCH and COMMAND primary endpoints met)

Against

  • Only ~16 channels — orders of magnitude fewer than Neuralink/Paradromics/Precision
  • Vascular ECoG signal is lower-resolution than penetrating intracortical recording
